About Jenna-caer

Bio

Jenna-Caer, once struggling with her weight, transformed her life by shedding 50 lbs through strength training. This personal victory inspired her to guide others on a similar journey, leading her to become a Strength and Conditioning coach nine years ago. To maintain her weight loss, she discovered the world of triathlons, despite having no prior experience in swimming, biking, or running. Starting from scratch, she mastered these skills and found herself captivated by the triathlon community and the thrill of competition.

Over the years, Jenna's dedication and hard work have led her to remarkable achievements, including winning her Age Group at Ironman Cork and the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championship. She has also qualified for Kona multiple times. Her success can be attributed to her commitment to strength training and the guidance of excellent coaches, which have helped her stay injury-free and continually improve her performance. Her passion for coaching extended to triathlons seven years ago, allowing her to share her expertise and inspire others to reach their fitness goals.
