  • How do you track my progress? Each sport requires different equipment. For swimming, you will need access to a pool or open water. For cycling, you will need a bicycle. For running, you will need running shoes, and for triathlon, you will need all of the above. We do recommend getting a heart rate monitor and a smartwatch (such as Garmin or Polar) in order for us to track your progress.
