Guglielmo “Gu” is a dedicated triathlon coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their dreams and goals. Originally from a small town in the north of Italy, Gu grew up immersed in outdoor activities and exploring nature with his family. After completing his education primarily in Italy, he embarked on a new adventure in the technology industry by moving to Mexico. It was there that Gu discovered his love for triathlon. His first race, Ironman 70.3 Cozumel, ignited a fire within him that has never wavered. Recognizing the transformative power of triathlon, Gu made it his mission to guide and support others on their own triathlon journeys. Now based in Los Angeles, California, Gu has found the perfect environment to train for triathlons. With its diverse terrain and ideal weather conditions, LA provides the optimal backdrop for athletes to excel in swimming, biking, and running.
Gu's coaching philosophy extends beyond the physical aspects of training.
